Marketing Assistant

Hours: 35 per week (Mon-Fri)

Reports to: Head of Communications

Based in our new offices in Fleet, our team are utilising both home and office working (to be agreed with line managers). Successful candidates will be provided with all the equipment required for flexible working.

Job description:
Assistant required to support the Marketing and Communications Team with the following:
- Typing up transcripts for Member Interviews
- Supporting with social media content
- General administration duties
- Website administration
- Email campaign building
- Event administration and much, much more...

Joining our small team, you will have a can-do attitude, a sense of fun and a willingness to tackle a wide variety of admin duties. The ideal candidate will have had previous experience with email campaigns, CMS administration and social media, but a willingness to learn on the job is just as important as full training will be given.

Helpdesk / Customer Services Assistant

Hours: 35 per week (Mon-Fri)

Reports to: Head of Partnerships

Based in our new offices in Fleet, our team are utilising both home and office working (to be agreed with line managers). Successful candidates will be provided with all the equipment required for flexible working.

Job description: 

- You will be joining our experienced membership team, who all have a passion for supporting our members
- Making outbound calls welcoming new members to the BII, or checking in on existing members
- Answering inbound calls from members needing help and advice
- Creating reports from our membership database and updating details on our CRM system

- Must be confident speaking to a variety of people over the phone
- Full training will be given, however the ideal candidate will be confident using CRM systems, Excel and other IT programmes
