•     Confirmation of rent agreed and last review and current rent passing (if different)
•     3 years Accounts
•     Current management accounts to the last full month
•     3 years VAT returns (up to the latest)
•     3 years total barrelage figures split between tied and free of tie products
•     Current Wholesale Tied Price List including Discounts by product
•     Retail Bar Price List
•     Wet Stock Report
