Northern Restaurant & Bar, sponsored by Uber Eats, is back for its 2024 edition on 12-13 March at Manchester Central.
With over 300 suppliers showcasing everything from food and drink, to equipment, tabletop and technology, the show is a great opportunity to source your next best seller and keep up to date with industry trends.
Alongside this you can also learn from industry operators and suppliers in four different theatres, including the brand-new NRB Keynote Theatre.
Pubs and bars are featured heavily across the programme this year with local, regional, and national operators all featured.
Notable appearances come from Stosie Madi from the Parker Arms in Ribble Valley, winner of Gastro Pub of the Year 2023. Also cooking in the always popular Chef Live Theatre is Gary Usher from Elite Bistros who owns The White Horse in Chorlton as well as many brilliant restaurants in the region including Kala Bistro, Hispi Bistro, Wreck Bistro, Sticky Walnut and Burnt Truffle.
In the new Keynote Theatre, there are panels on opening new sites, operations and marketing plus one-to-one interviews with industry leading lights such as Simon Rogan & Tom Barnes plus the CEO of Hawksmoor, Will Beckett.
Pub owners will no doubt find inspiration in the two drinks led theatres too. Drinks Live, sponsored by Monin, features operators and suppliers discussing their favourite spirit and cocktail serves. Likewise, the always popular Grape and Grain theatre features everything you need to know to
elevate your wine, beer and cider offer with expert advice from brewers and leading operators such as Cheshire Cat Pubs & Bars.
