We work alongside the tied tenants’ appointed valuers and transactional solicitors to help them go free of tie on the best possible terms, either through negotiation or through the formal arbitration process. Our role includes tactical advice, the service of market rent only notices, making referrals to the Pubs Code Adjudicator, dealing with the arbitration process and negotiating terms with the Pubcos’ solicitors where possible.
