Paul Newby

Paul has over 40 years’ experience in the pub sector dealing with a wide range of professional and agency work. Formerly of Fleurets, Paul is now a Director at Matthew Phillips Surveyors, with primary responsibility for professional matters, also dealing with agency work. Paul’s clients range from individual owners and tenants to the large pub companies. He has been a member of the RICS President’s panel of dispute resolvers since 2000 and was appointed as the first Pubs Code Adjudicator in 2016. Paul is a also member of the BII.
