Our Licensee of the Year Award (LOYA) is the most prestigious award for an individual or partnership of licensees in our industry.
Our competition follows a rigorous selection process, giving entrants the opportunity to assess their business at every turn, with mystery customer visits, a spotlight on all areas including marketing, sustainability, training & development and community.
Congratulations to our winners, Eamonn England & Arina Piskunova from The Windsor Castle!
