We support local businesses, suppliers, charities and people wherever we can, because we believe in giving back and helping our community grow. The Loft is more than just a venue.
At The Loft, we believe that having a community space comes with a responsibility to give something back.
Every week, we proudly provide our venue free of charge to Andy’s Man Club, giving them a welcoming place to meet, talk and support one another.
We also support our local exercise instructors by allowing them to use The Loft free of charge while they build their businesses, helping them grow and giving them a place to get started.
When it comes to our children’s events, we put on many of them simply because we believe they’re important. We often make little or no profit — and sometimes just break even — because creating fun, affordable experiences for local children and families matters more to us than making money.
For us, it’s about giving people opportunities, supporting local people and making The Loft a place that genuinely gives back.
Because sometimes the most valuable things we do aren’t the things that make us money — they’re the things that make a difference.
From looking through bins to find personal lost belongings to giving up our free time to help the community out . Along side a lot that we do all the time but don’t even realise.
At The Loft, we truly believe that teamwork makes the dream work.
We’re passionate about supporting local businesses wherever we can — from sharing their social media and helping spread the word, to buying from local businesses ourselves and working together whenever there’s an opportunity.
We believe that when local businesses support one another, the whole community becomes stronger.
It’s about lifting each other up, celebrating each other’s successes and doing whatever we can to help one another grow.
Because we’re not just building The Loft — we’re building it alongside the amazing businesses and people that make our community so special.

Over time, we’ve built genuine relationships with the local businesses and suppliers we work with. We support each other, recommend each other, buy locally wherever we can and work together to make things happen.
We know that behind every delivery, every service and every order is a local person and a local business trying to make a living and grow.
That relationship matters to us.
If The Loft were to close, it wouldn’t just affect the people who work here. It would have a knock-on effect for the local suppliers, tradespeople, entertainers, instructors and businesses that we work alongside.
That’s why we believe in supporting each other, celebrating each other and keeping that money and support within our local community wherever possible.
