NITAs 2025 Winners

The National Innovation in Training Awards 2025 mark another milestone in celebrating the individuals and organisations driving excellence, creativity and impact across the training and apprenticeship landscape.

This year, we were especially proud to introduce our new Wellbeing Award, launched in partnership with LTC, recognising the growing importance of mental health, resilience and holistic support within learning environments. Alongside this exciting addition, we continued to honour our inspiring Apprenticeship Heroes.

Together, these achievements reflect our shared commitment to building not only stronger careers, but stronger, healthier communities across the sector.

Franca Knowles
Live Your Life Award

Founded by Keith Knowles in memory of his late wife, Franca, whose passion for people and commitment to excellence left a lasting mark on the hospitality industry, the award honours an individual who has gone above and beyond to support, strengthen and champion the sector, often making a meaningful impact both behind the scenes and publicly.

The recipient is chosen by a panel of previous winners, chaired by Keith Knowles, ensuring the award reflects peer recognition and the values it was created to celebrate.
