The BII People Conference brings together leading voices from across the hospitality industry to share best practice and innovation, as well as challenging our thinking around helping our teams thrive.

The day is full of wonderful speakers discussing a range of topics, followed by a panel discussion. People Conference is a day of networking and discussing ways to improve our ever-evolving industry. People are he beating heart of hospitality businesses, and how we recruit, retain and develop them will always be key to our success as a sector.
