Marking the exceptional triumphs of the licensed trade

With the NITAs 2020 Winners having been crowned in early December, we wanted to introduce you to the exceptional teams behind training and supporting those working in hospitality at this time.

Three new awards joined our line-up for the National Innovation in Training Awards this year! In recognition of all the support and effort that has been targeted at overcoming the challenges of this year, the awards highlighted the 'best of the best' when it came to training and development in the licensed trade.

While the usual awards ceremony was not possible, we passionately believe that those at the heart of recruitment, retention, development and wellbeing of their teams needed to be recognised for the incredible contributions made.

The NITAs for 2021 will be launched later this year and held in early 2022. We are making our Summer Event a Winter Event this year, on 23rd November. Please click here for further details.
